Unfortunately all of society's poor leaders think their value is defined by their position. The best leaders know that their value is defined by their presence.The difference between the two is the respect that people show them.

Would you respect someone who thinks they are above you or on the contrary someone who is in the trenches with you?. This brings me to my next question. Would you listen to someone you don't respect?, would you follow the leadership of someone you don't respect?, would you trust someone you don't respect. I don't think so.

So I say to you is this, when striving to grow your network marketing business, remember that you are in this business to lead people correctly. You have to be in the trenches with them,always speak the truth, always answer their e-mails. Its all boils down to this in network marketing " If you can put others before yourself and have the same interest in others as you have in yourself you are there". Help enough people get what they want and you will get more that enough of what you want.
