So to sum up, create value with your team. I as a networker am doing it for my team. They feel this and as a result our team bond becomes stronger. If your business is not filled with passion and guts and a never say die attitude, your team are going to feel your lack of the heart felt passion and as a result, they are going to leave you. You cannot lead someone else beyond the point where you are now in your life. Everything starts with you. Lead with passion, guts and a willingness to die for your team and you will succeed.
