Find A Way To Give Value In Your Business
I listened to a great call last night where the biggest message of all was this " Dollars follow value". If you really want to make it big with your MLM business, you need to find a way of creating real value for your team. I'm working on something at the moment that Im hoping will create real value within my team. And the thing is, I'm doing it 100% for my team. Your team HAS to come first in your business.
You should see your people as potential assets. The potential of these assets will 100% depend on the "value" you can give to your team.
So my advice to all on ye guys on my team is this. If you want to make it big, your first and only concern should be the success of your team. If your team becomes successful, you atomatically become successful, period.
Where do you start?. Do this as its easy and will take the pressure off you when you're prospecting. Get business cards printed out with your website on it. I actually recommend that you put your name as your website address . This can be set up for you so that it diverts automatically to your affiliate link.
You see, its all about branding yourself. Forget your company, people are going to buy from you. Thats why its cool if you have your name as your business website
So here is your no pressure pitch to your warm market " Pat I don't know if you're interested in this but here is my business card just in case"
If Pat asks, just direct them to your name website and you're golden. Now is that difficult?. Its not and once you do your first ten, you'll feel its child play. All you're doing is the same thing you were doing when you were younger with your mates. You are solely recommending something like a good restaurant or a good film. But this time you get paid for it!
And you don't have to lead always with the opportunity. Lead with the product. Know anyone in business who would drastically like to improve their career through personal development?. Bingo theres your prospect. Don't tell him anything about MLM until after he has tried the products and if he is anyway business orientated, you'll get a powerful runner!
